Al-Asala Real Estate Company: An Egyptian joint stock company established in 2008 to invest in the real estate field in Egypt Since its establishment, the company has paid great attention to entering the real estate market in Egypt. The residential complex "Asala Compound" is the first of its projects in Egypt, from which the company will take as a base for launching Expansion in the Egyptian real estate market within a strategic plan designed for this purpose.

The accumulated experiences of the main cadres of the company in the field of engineering consultancy, which they gained through their work and management of the office of (Nizar Al-Anjari for Engineering Consultations) in Kuwait since 1996, promotes and contributes to the establishment of an ideal residential complex that will lead to a vibrant and diverse population.

Eng. Nezar Al-Anjari, the chairman of Al Asala Real Estate, is the head of a board who has been appointed by members of the board. Mr. Al-Anjari’s essential duty is to keep the board organized, informed and on task, though frequently there is some degree of public relations work involved as well, in addition to acting as an adviser to the chief executives of the real estate.

Vice President

Eng Tarek Safwat is the vice president of Al Asala Real Estate company. He oversees the planning, implementing, quality control, and status reporting on all Al-Asala Real Estate Projects. Mr. Safwat manages the project team, which typically consists of staff from all the areas of the PM's organization. He is also responsible for precisely defining the scope of all Projects; preparing the project schedule, and updating that schedule as it evolves; proposing the project budget, and then managing the project so that it doesn't cause cost overruns; making sure the project team has the supplies and human resources necessary to get the project done on time and on budget; identifying and minimizing potential risks to the project timeline and budget; making sure that all project team members understand what their responsibilities are; communicating the project's progression to management; and ensuring the quality of the team's work and any supplies or materials used by the team.

Eng. Jamal Saqr is a highly accomplished, results-driven Project Management Director with proven ability to facilitate client success through the delivery of complex construction processes to meet developers’ needs. He has extensive experience in luxury residential mixed-use and commercial construction and interior construction of all types. Eng Jamal success has been based on many principles. At the start of a project, he formally outlines what, why, who, how, and when with a Project Initiation Document – so everyone can understand how the elements of the project fit together. He communicates what needs to be done by what deadline, and expect the people to whom he assigns the work to be responsible for breaking down the work packages into smaller and more manageable pieces. When He chooses suppliers, he bases his decision on their ability to deliver on time as well as on prices. He prepares specific timelines and sequence of activities, and uses this schedule to manage the overall project to ensure its time. Eng. Jamal has special expertise in management of the multimillion dollars Asala City Residential Project in Egypt.
